EUPHIE #1:     OOPSIES   [The Fundamental]

Definition:  noun.  A source of embarrassment as created by the previous evening's activities.  The level of shame can be expressed playfully to overtly dramatic depending on the tone and preceding adjectives.  Often the finish line exclamation at the conclusion of a walk of shame. 


Usage:  Can be incorporated into any sentence for daily use.  Better when it stands alone as the only verbal communication in a conversation (see Example C.)



Example A.  (Personal Quote)
"I'm probably going to go to that RENT callback anyway.  And when they ask me where my Angel costume is, I'll be like, 'oopsies'".  

Example B.  (In Conversation)

MAN #1:  What are you doing?
ENRICO:  Hiding.  
MAN #1:  He can see you!  Everyone's staring.
ENRICO:  I told you we shouldn't have come to Blockheads!
MAN #1:  Oh!  Is he one of your oopsies?
ENRICO:  Everyone here holding a margarita is an oopsies!


Example C.  (In Prose)

The morning's coffee was not as strong as usual.  I claimed comfort in the fact that I had a good dog, a job to go to, and an apartment all to myself.  I thought that waking up at 5am might not so bad after all.  Good morning, America and then the interrupting door.  


My roommate stumbled in from his night of triumphs ironically proclaiming, "oopsies" before stomping our hallway like it were Fashion Week.  A style master of all varieties and experience, his expressive natures makes one think: Every Week is Fashion Week.  


Example D.  (As an Insult)

"Her whole marriage is one big old oopsies."
"I don't care if your new medicine makes you gassy.  That is a stank oopsies."
"Seriously Miley Cyrus.  Big Red Carpet Oopsies."

"Omigod What?!  I'm trying to watch Idol. This thing has got my A.D.D"

 KELVIN:  Enrico, how many "oopsies" do you think you've earned?
 ENRICO:  Oh my God.  I don't even know.
 KELVIN:  Come on. Take a guess.  
 ENRICO:  I don't even want to think about it.  
 KELVIN:  Take a rough guess-ti-mate.
 ENRICO:  Oh.  Probably like a million.
